Investor Suite is licensed, not sold. Upon payment, you receive:

• A perpetual, non-transferable license to use the software
• Right to deploy on your infrastructure
• Access to updates and support for the license term

3. Permitted Use

You may use Investor Suite for:

• Financial modeling and planning

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Remove or modify proprietary notices

5. Support and Updates

Your license includes one year of updates and support. Extended support plans are available separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

Software Chains provides the software "as is" and disclaims all warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.
